[Everything doTERRA] Re: Irritation after applying oils

Some of these oils can be "hot" and/or you might have sensitive skin. I suggest you dilute each of the oils 1:1 with a carrier oil as you apply them. And then massage in a carrier oil after the treatment. Wash you hands, and then apply a carrier oil again especially in between your fingers. 

My skin is sensitive and I have to dilute most of them.
