I've made vaginal suppositories from organic coconut oil (not fractionated) as organic coco oil goes firm in the fridge. I got the small silicon water bottle ice-cube trays and I use a 1/2 of "ice cube" as a single application. You can find them on Amazon. I calculate how many drop per tray I want to use (doubling the amount since I split each cube into 2). I warm the oil just a little bit, add the EOs and pour into the trays. I keep them in the fridge and insert before bed. I recommend waiting until you are really going to lay down or use a panty shield since your body temp will start melting the coco oil pretty quick!
Others I know soak a tampon with the EOs + coco oil but I found that took way too much coco oil, personally.
I use a couple drops per application. Ylang ylang is strong in my opinion, so less would be more? I've been using 2 frank, 2 clary sage, 1 geranium and the geranium was too dominant, so my next batch I'll cut the geranium further.
As with the all the oil protocols, it takes experimentation and adjusting for your body. You really can't mess it up! Maybe try 2-3x a week and adjust up or down as feels right for you. :)
