There is a lupus protocol that has been shared on here several times if you do a search it should pull it up, or if you will share your email w/me I can share the document w/you myself...prob more for systemic lupus than lupus pernio but I imagine if you treat the 1 it will affect the other;)
The main thought about any auto immune disease is that it's caused from an overgrowth of candida albicans (bad yeast) so a great place to start is with drinking LOTS of water w/lemon oil + Gx cleanse followed by PB+...and LLV supplements.
The protocol also suggests several oils but this is a good place to start:)
