Hello! I have never been one to take pills or capsules easily - not sure why, just something I've always struggled with. Mostly when I've taken OTC medications or antibiotics that are large, I break them in half.
I LOVE the LLV and have been taking it for about two weeks no and can see an difference in my energy levels among other things. However, I have such a hard time getting them down the hatch. Mostly, I break open the capsules and mix them with juice or water (with the exception of xEO Mega.
Do any of you have any suggestions I could do? Are there smaller capsule sizes on Aroma Tools that I could get?
