[Everything doTERRA] complaint re: animals

Tried to send this once, but doesn't look like it came through correctly, so trying again. I received this email from a customer, and I'm not sure how to respond. Any experienced oil users with animals that could help? Thanks so much! Jenny

"So I used a formula on my cat that was suggested and it caused a severe inflammation cost me $110 vet bill. The formula said to use Melaluca and that is toxic to cats. Oregano was suggested to and that also is not good either. Haven't blogged this yet but I intend to. Misinformation is a hazard and so many raves about doTERRA it should also be known about any drawbacks."
