You have to redeem your points over the phone. doTERRA does not take money off of what we order wholesale. The LRP is separate, in a point redemption account that they keep track of. At the top of your virtual office on the left side, it will show you the amount of points you have to redeem. You get 10% off of your first three months personal volume orders. Then 15% the next three months, then 20 the next three etc. till you reach your 13th month and then get a steady 30% of your order. Say you order 100.00pv then 10 points will be put in your accumulative LRP account. If you, at any time cancel an LRP order and don't order that month, you are brought back down to the 10% and start over. Hope that makes sense.

Does anyone know how the loyalty rewards percentage discount works? I was under the impression that when signed up for the loyalty rewards program, I would be getting the percentage discount off my monthly auto-ship. I have yet to see any discount other than the wholesale pricing. I keep my PV at over 100 at all times and am I getting commission.
