Doing any of the cleanses while taking the LLV is not a problem as long as you are sure your body is accepting the LLV. You can even take the GX and the Zendocrine at the same time. I love that our cleanses are mild and yet very thorough.
You should drink lot of water with lemon to help flush the toxins.

I just started the LVP last mo and also became constipated. I ended up taking Milk Of Magnesia. I had already been having a problem in that area so I really didn't need the added problem! But other than that I'm delighted with the results. I started taking them as a result of Renal Failure and was told there was no cure. But less than 1 mo into the regimine along with Zendicrine & Zendicrin Oil I am having a slight turnaround already!!!Always
