Add TerraZyme to your regimen, 2 caps with each meal.  It will do wonders for your skin! I'm also a big fan of Purify for this issue, my daughter occaisionally gets what you are discribing on her skin & Purify takes it right away.

I have dermographism, which is an odd thing where I touch or lightly scratch my skin and it raises and stays red for a long time.  I can write my name on my skin and it pops up.  What fun...not.  I am on LLV, have done the PB and GX, don't eat wheat, dairy or soy, use melaleuca sometimes on the itchy skin (It's only itchy after it raises and gets red.) 

I have looked this up on the internet and have found very little.   I went to my holistic doctor and my allergist and they said the only thing I can do is take an antihistamine and that only treats it, not cures it.  I have allergies/asthma and have completely gotten off my meds using the oils and my oxygen levels are still normal.  I've had indications of this for many years but it's gotten worse in the last year (which was before the oils and before I got off my meds.)

Any other suggestions?
