Stress reducing oils are pretty much the Mood matrix oils...Balance, Citrus Bliss, Elevation&Serenity...I would muscle test myself for each of these & the apply the 1s that tested good to my feet, over my heart&wrists reapply as needed. Of the 1s that tested good I would choose &diffuse my favorite as often as needed during the day.
Other mood lifting oils are all the citrus oils, Lavender is ALL things calming&Patchouli helps calm as well...if you are not already taking the LLV supplements I would suggest you start that b/c they help combat stress for many ppl I know.
To address the ulcer itself our ME book says to dilute 1 drop Cinnamon in a quart of water &sip all day...hope this helps:)
