I'd pick up the mushrooms, then I'd put OnGuard and/or clove on the vacuum cleaner bag and vacuum the whole floor really well. Then, close the doors and windows and open open closets and drawers and "flood" the area by running a bottle of half 50/50 OnGuard and Clove with my AromaAce turned all the way up until the bottle is empty. I'd also keep the area closed for at least 24 hours to let the oils penetrate as many nooks and crannies as possible.
I have a couple of rentals and even without the mushrooms, I do this every time I'm getting them ready for a new tenant.

We have a dehumidifier going and an air purifier, as well.Other suggestions?
