Also, many who THINK they have a milk allergy it is simply the fact that they don't have the ability to digest it. When milk is pasteurized, the natural enzymes that aid in digestion are killed! Try RAW milk. It could also be the hormones and antibiotics that is laden in commercialized milk. Look for an organic dairy farmer in your area and see if you can just buy a gallon raw to try.
