if nothing else, pound a TON of water. that'll help keep your system flush. also, hunger can be a huge trigger. again with healthy breakfast, but maybe also try having a small snack before bed? SMALL snack--not like a bucket of chicken. :)
also, something else i just remembered ... a high sodium meal will exacerbate your headaches. try cutting out salty stuff. not all the way, but at least reduce the amount of sodium you're taking in.
ugh ... i really do feel badly for you. headaches of any kind are horrible, but caffeine withdrawl and tension headaches are by far the worst for me. i can deal with a sinus headache, or one centered around the temples ... but if one messes with the back of my neck and/or the base of my skull, and i'm a blubbering mass of whimpering agony.

Anyone have suggestions on how to break caffeine addiction using oils? I wake up every morning to a splittig headache and the only thing that takes it away is coffee. I have a 3mos old and I'm up with her several times per night due to her acid reflux, so getting more sleep is not uet an option. I've tried past tense unsuccessfully. Thanks!--
