You have to be on LRP (at least 100pv) in order to get a check. The fast start checks comes the following week and you get paid your percentage for 60 days of anything she purchases.
No power of three bonus if they are not on LRP and don't place your new people under someone who is not on LRP. It doesn't matter how much her wholesale order is if it isn't placed as an LRP order she will not get a check.
