Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Levlo transpostion of the great arteries and Epstein Anomoly

Kathy,

I will LOVE to help you but I don't have the experience yet on the oils in order to recommend you which ones you could use on your son.
What I DO know is that I admire you of what you're doing with your kids.
God bless you!

Amelia.

We just adopted our 3 year old son from China in December. He has such a rare heart condition that the doctors in Seattle couldn't even touch him and he was sent to Dr. Hanley out of Stanford as he is considered one of, if not THE best heart doctor in the world. He had his first of many surgeries a few months ago and unfortunately had to stay over a month due to complications. This surgery was just to get him ready for his second, "big hitter" surgery scheduled for January. His condition is very unique. I JUST got in to Doterra today and only learned of essential oil benefits a week ago. I have heard that peppermint can make your heart beat increase, or raises your blood pressure. His condition is so fragile that the doctors are trying their best to get his med forumula just right to ensure his heart rate stays under 100 in preparation to get his stats and data to where it needs to be for his January surgery. I am curious if anyone has had such a serious heart condition that they find it wise or best to stay away from certain oils, or if they have had great success with any certain oils. I have started him on OnGuard to make sure he doesn't get sick before his surgery. The day after his first surgery he caught a bug which ended up stopping his heart, causing him to crash. I do not want that to happen again so feel OnGuard is a good one to keep bugs at bay. However, any suggestion of oils that would be good or he should stay away from would be great. I have six adopted children, all with special needs ranging from ADHD, fetal alcohol syndrome, ODD, Scitzophrenia, two that are deaf and one has no ears, abuse and abandonment issues and severe eczema so you will most likely be seeing me on this forum quite a bit as I NEED THE HELP. THX for any input - Kathy
