I got a headache every time i took LLV for a week to 2 weeks. I didnt really monitor how much water i was conssuming but now after months of taking them the headaches that i would get ( just minutes after taking them) i dont get anymore. I just kept up with it. Some may say this my body doing a detox...i dont know.... but i feel better with more energy.
