[Everything doTERRA] Re: What exactly does it mean to attain the different ranks (director, executive, elite)...what are the benefits attached to each, if there are any?

When you advance in rank, you get paid deeper into your organization. As a consultant, you get paid on your first level. As a manager, you get paid to second level, and so on, until you reach Silver and above, where you are paid on 7 levels.
