My Husband has suffered from RSD for over 12 years. His is in his foot. It is nerve related and causes chronic pain. My husband has found some relief with aromatouch and wintergreen. I put it on his neck and shoulders. I can't come close to touching his feet, it causes excruciating pain . I would love to hear what others have used as well.
