I have been reading the posts about your enrolment question. I am in Diamond Club myself, and I know the rules. Your upline is violating the most basic principle of Diamond Club, and will be disqualified based on your description of what she is doing. Here is a paragraph from the DC website pertaining to your question:
We expect you to ensure that every individual who attends your meetings and wants to join dōTERRA is enrolled under the person who invited them to your meeting. The person who invited them may not even be at your meeting, and they may not be on your team, but you are responsible to make sure the enrollee is placed on the correct team and under the IPC who referred them. If it is determined that you persuaded someone at one of your meetings to join with someone other than the person who invited them, you will be disqualified from Diamond Club and lose the opportunity to finish your commitment and receive associated benefits. Maintaining the integrity of the program is essential for its success.
Please contact the person in charge of Diamond Club and tell them what is going on. Your upline is being dishonest, and is hurting your chances of future rank advancement. The reason you need to have the enrolment for your own contacts is that this is critical to rank. I think that Pat gave you Emily Wright's email address, and she is responsible for leadership development. So please do voice your concerns with Emily! DoTerra may very well allow you to change groups over an issue like this. Please don't quit the company over it--that would be throwing the baby out with the bathwater! You should do what you can to ensure that this person is held to the same standard as the rest of us... I hope that you are successful in your quest for justice.

--I am looking for any input I can get?I have been a builder for over a year now and am debating quiting because of the lack of integrity my upline has. My team has been having problems with an upline memeber taking and keeping enrollements.. We have spoken with our upline and if you are not a builder in her eyes then she takes enrollements but I didnt think that was the way doterra worked. I thought if you introduced the person into doterra you keep the enrollement, builder or not??? Is that not right?I really enjoy doterra and started doing it cause it was a lot of fun but now I am questioning if i want to be apart of something like this. Our team has tried to get help from our uplines upline and doterra but nothing has been done about it and its still happening. So far we have 3 people that have quit. I am looking for any quidance. Thanks so much!!Thanks
