[Everything doTERRA] 6 year old with bleeding open sores Dr. calls it eczema. Please help!

I just received a call from a very concerned parent regarding her 6 year old suffering with SEVERE eczema; open bleeding sores.  It hurts to move, he cries a lot and his tears burns his skin.

Please help this baby:(
