Re: [Everything doTERRA] Oregano and children

We don't recommend using oregano for more than 2 weeks straight. If
it was me I would just give the child 1 GX Assist daily for 10 days and
then PB Assist depending on the age of the child. I'd feel comfortable
with this after they are about 5. The risk with oregano is that it can
be hard on the liver if they use long term (quantity also is a factor).
Lots of people have given their children oregano without issue.
(doTerra's oregano specifically). I'm always concerned when I hear of a
doctor diagnosing candida. Generally when that happens it is via blood
test. If that is the case be very careful. To test positive on a candida
blood test the levels have to be very high and it takes a long time to
bring them down with diet, no quick fix with candida and it comes back
very easily.
