I take my Thyriod medication first thing in the morning with plain water and wait 1 hour before drinking water with slim and sassy or taking my LLV (I save the vitamins for my afternoon and evening meals). It seems to work for me. I did need a minor adjustment after starting the LLV but it seems to be fine now. Just my two cents.
