I started with doTERRA oils last July and within a month I began a practice of using 3 drops of On Guard in a capsule every day. I have not had a cold, flu or anything in a year. I had one of my nurses use it twice a day when she was getting a sore throat and the next day had no signs of it. You may need to go to a doctor to find out the exact diagnosis before you find the right oil to treat it.
