You could have unidentified food sensitivities. Most common are wheat, dairy, corn, eggs.  You may want to go to a naturopath and get it checked out.

Thank you! Yes I have been working out about 4 times a week for years now. It's just part of my routine. I've tried different workouts to see what's better for my body. I feel like working out just helps me maintain. I don't eat horrible food. For the most part I eat healthy with the occasional bad choice. I've had my thyroid checked and they say it's fine. I just don't understand what's going on with my body. I feel like the second I eat something I shouldn't my weight just goes up and there's nothing I can do about it. I'm going to start the slim and sassy trim shakes and oil regiment and see if that helps. Thank you guys!
