I found a jar of virgin coconut oil from Tropical Traditions in a box of stuff that I have moved from place to place.  I bought it 15 years ago and it's still good!

i love tropical traditions.  it is amazing!  they actually break open the coconuts, leave in a barrel overnigtht and then take the oils off the next day!!  no processing.
