Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Reinventing Healthcare Calendars MOB

I have only just received my calendars, but I don't understand how handing out samples can be a bad experience for all of you who have expressed this point of view.

Isn't our business built on "getting oil on people"? My question to those who claim it's not working is ... are you following up on the samples you're giving out? I've been taught that to build my business I need to give out two samples per day, then follow up on them two days later. It's been working just fine for me.

I'm excited to give out my samples! That's what I purchase my oils for ... it's called experiential marketing, but how can you give someone an experience if you don't want to give them samples?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding ....

Can we really send them back? I am on the fence with that. I guess
with all marketing tactics, you take a risk. It will either have
payback or it will flop. Most businesses budget for marketing, I guess
maybe that is just what I have to look at. This is part of marketing
my business. If it doesn't work, then I will not be utilizing this
marketing tool again.
Thank you everyone for being honest with your thoughts on this tool.
It is helpful for newbies (like myself) to get an idea of what may or
may not work for them.
