thats what i had heard too, so i went ahead and tried the S&S since it was so small amount, but it was bad, for me, it may not be the same for everyone. and i did try marjoram and it made my heart race out of control! scared the crap out of me. i use ylang ylang daily not sure if it helps my heart at all because i'm scared to go off my meds. every time i do by accident my heart goes crazy.. i take it for a arrythmia not for bp

I had always heard that the meat of the grapefruit was the cause of
non absorption and that the essential oil from the rind would not
interfere.
