wonderful you're making such changes in your life. I do have a question:
why cut out GRAINS? I thought WHOLE GRAINS were great for you but not
white, refined flour?

Let me know how you like it!

months and most refined sugar for most of this year. I am dealing with a
ton of issues that seem to be inter-related and when I first started doing
the gx assist/pb assist protocol, it put me into a really tough detox. Pat
even warned me, back in March, when I described my symptoms that I should
take it very slow and even consult a holistic doctor. I thought I could
handle it on my own and kept up the high levels of doing it. I guess I have
to learn some things the hard way. It's a slow road back, but things are
definitely getting better. I did finally find a local holistic doctor who
is helping me figure everything out. I'm doing the strict candida diet for
30 days, but plan to maintain a diet that is grain free, refined sugar free,
etc. for the rest of my life.

other foods that have the probiotics. I'm also using the Terrazyme and the
LLV. I can't imagine where I would be without the amazing doterra products
and am so thankful for them. Even though I still have a ways to go, I am
finally starting to feel better and feel like I'm slowly crawling out of a
deep fog!

if you have them don't share with them. Also it can cause some GI discomfort
so be cautious. I think small amounts of berries are fine, you really just
need to avoid high sugar fruits. Most candida diets are pretty extreme and
its very hard to stay on them. Just my opinion, but I believe avoiding white
flour, white rice and sugars for the first year after you start the diet. PB
Assist is an awesome probiotic if you aren't using it.

antibacterial and contains no sugar. Some fruits like green apples and most
berries are okay with candida too. It needs a little bit of sugar. If you
completely starve it of sugar, it will go looking for it outside the
digestive tract and can infest your inner organs where it is a bit more
difficult to remove (perhaps not too difficult with the oils though).
Coconut milk and coconut oil are both great things to use for candidiasis.
