I have never failed to have a response when contacting doTerra service. Their personnel is beyond helpful and kind. And the fact that you don't know head of time for the promo's and discounts is the problem of the IT team. i have talked to service reps that have stayed beyond their hours to finish up a problem. They are amazing and I am so sorry that you have had a negative experience.

Whilst they may be great 'on the phone' the general service is
seriously lacking in a number of ways.
