I agree with the comment above, a few messages back. Why should these limited time items be available through LRP? To me, Loyalty Rewards also refers to product loyalty, those items you use over and over - and that's not possible with items that are available for a limited time.
doTERRA's IPCs are very well looked after with free product, discounts and commissions. We can't keep saying "we want more" - there has to be a limit!
