Re: [Everything doTERRA] Question about Operating AromaTouch Technique in public

The liability comes when you are charging for your services. Just charge for the oils and not for your labor and it will be less of a problem. Your accountant is probably correct. It would not hurt to have a LLC and the insurance is minimal.

Hello all,

I would like to know how everyone is operating AromaTouch Technique.
I am thinking to go to Nursing Homes, Spa, and Clinics that I have
relationships with and introduce AromaTouch Technique.

However, there is always liability issues come with providing service
in public and I wanted to know if I should form LLC.
I asked my accountant and she told me to form LLC but I am concerned
about the cost of insurance.
Since I am still very new to this business, I would really appreciate
if I could get advices from people who have been providing AromaTouch
Technique to others for a while.

Thank you very much for your help in advance,
hope you all have a wonderful day!
