Re: [Everything doTERRA] Building/Power of Three

Make the decision based upon what you feel inclined to do, but go to FastTrackPlanner.com and watch Seth's video on building. Make your determination on an informed and educated decision, and then... Say a prayer. I have people I placed a couple levels down, and regretted it, who FINALLY start to build once they learn about the oils. Take the next 30 days to teach them all you can, then move them (if you feel so inclined) to where you think they'll work the best, or not at all. If they know one another, they'll do best being on each other's team, so they can learn from, and/or motivate each other, and some times you don't do that so there is some fun competition, especially if you know they don't or won't live around each other. Family always stays together, best friends, and so on. Anyway, it does make a difference to learn how to structure, so watch the video, and if your upline is a good team leader, they will help you make some of those decisions if you ask them.

I have been advised to take the wait and see stance. Even tho you have a large front line, some will rise to the challenge of building, others won't. WHEN they start building, you start building ONE of their legs. I like the idea that if all 10 place a qualifying LRP you get THREE $50 bonuses!! Its way better than moving them around and HOPING you put 3 in the front line that will keep their LRP up.
Just my 2 cents.

Recently I switched gears from just loving the oils to wanting to have a team and taking it to the next level. So I had my first party and then at a quilt retreat the next week someone showed some interest and we had an impromptu event and I ended up with 10 people enrolled and on my frontline.
So naturally the question comes up whether to move people  under others to try and build the team. The problem I see is that none of the 10 people are interested in building a team. None of them have shown an interest in placing a monthly LRO order. I think that gradually the LRO will happen and perhaps in the future someone may want to build a team but for now its just not there.
Naturally this has been a topic of discussion with the people higher up in our team but everyone has a different opinion. None of us has a crystal ball so I thought I'd reach out the group and see what folks on here think.
