of Lemon oil as well as S&S my body needs daily...I also check
Onguard, Franki, and all the other Citrus oils...the amounts change
everytime...to be honest you might be overwhelmed at the number of
drops of each oil I take daily esp S&S as well as other citrus
ones...BUT I have been very sick for a VERY long time (since I was
approx 15yrs and now I'm 43) so I know my body has needed A LOT more
cleansing than the average person.
I was taking 45 drops of S&S daily (sometimes in water but more
recently I just drop 8 drops in my mouth 3x/day)...I am now taking 25/
day...Lemon varies I take anywhere from 10/day to 33/day (I add to my
water plus sometimes I add to my sinus veggie cap 2-3x day just make
sure I get all 33 drops in now)...Franki usually 4-5/day if sick up to
12/day....Lime 10-12/day, Wild Orange 3/day...I def take LLV daily and
just began the Women's health supplements both Phytoestrogen (take 1/2
recommended dosage so 2/day) and Bone Nutrient 1/day (also 1/2
recommended dosage of 2/day) but I muscle tested myself for these
before I began just to be sure:)
Hope this helps!
Blessings!
