[Everything doTERRA] Re: Breathe

It works really well if you put Breathe on the nose, the throat and
the chest - you can also put it on the bottom of the lungs - over the
ribs. This works really well. I hope this helps.

Also, you might try the sinus recipe which is Lavender, Lemon and
Peppermint - for adults 2 drops each under the tongue. For a child,
maybe only 1 drop or less depending on the age. It doesn't taste the
best, but it works really well to clear up the sinuses and
congestion. Just a thought...
