As you know that are very skeptical of new things and scents can send
them through the roof. We have found the diffusing them is the best.
Peppermint helped the most in the learning arena especially with
challenging things and Frankincense is great for clamming back down
out of fits, and understanding the extra energy.
Both are great for the blood brain barrier, and once you introduce
them through the diffuser you can start to apply to the body.
