I would use the Frankincense along your dogs spine. I would also not worry about the other dogs licking off the oils. When applying (with a carrier oil) get as close to their skin as possible, parting their fur. It will absorb very quickly and if the other dogs to try to lick it off it won't hurt them and means there is something in that oil they need.

She's a 55 lb Lab/Doberman mix, and there are two other dogs in the house, so I have to be careful about making sure they can't lick them off of her (willing to crate after treatment if it will help her). 

I have the Balance and Lavender that are recommended for seizures, and all of the oils in the Family Physician Kit and the AromaTouch Kit so far. I just don't know how best to apply them for animals, or where to find this information.
