Re: [Everything doTERRA] Asthma suggestions needed

Dear Sharon,

My older son has severe asthma, bad enough that he was tested twice for Cystic Fibrosis, and I made him up a solution of Breathe in FCO and put it in a bottle for him to apply to his chest. He says it's working very well, and he doesn't have to take his rescue meds any more.

I know the feeling, I had a really bad attack when I was pregnant with my younger son. It felt like I was trying to breathe under water, and it was very scary.

Blessings,

A long distance friend said she almost died from a very bad asthma attack (or felt like she did) the other day.  She's on disability so funds are tight.  Which oils would be best (low cost options appreciated!) and how should they be applied?

If a person can't afford a diffuser what would be the best option?  I remember breathing in some kind of oil in bowl filled with steaming hot water with a towel over my head at a relative's place when I was sick years ago.  Would that work?

I have the feeling that mold might be an issue according to her other symptoms but apparently none is visible.

TIA for any suggestions or testimonials!  I promise I'll get the books soon!
