My daughgter had the planters and got rid of it by taking capsules of Slim & Sassy. It's an internal issue, so she decided to take something internal. Of course, she was using the S&S for something quite different, but this was her added benefit. I love how these oils work in soooo many ways to our benefit whether or not we're aware of it.
