coconut oil and melaleuca if its vaginal. she can make her own suppositories by cooling a mixture of the two oils until hard enough to roll into small marble sized balls to use internally. if its on her breasts just applying coconut oil insider her baby's mouth before and after nursing with a gauze pad. and wipe down her nipples after with melaleuca.. a blend of the two if she can't handle melaleuca straight
