I am not quite a bad as you in the fright department. But I would rather

walk than fly!!

My fright story!!

I walked into convention early Friday morning and up to this point it was just

another day. I have always enjoyed teaching and it has never really been a

scary thing. But when I saw all of those people and realized that I would be

teaching some of the greatest people I have ever known, and some had even

taught me, I absolutely panicked. Dr, Sue Lawton felt my fear, she walked up

to me with a bottle of Mellissa. She said, "rub this down your throat". I could

hardly even comment to her, and then after I had rubbed it down my throat she

said, "close your eyes and breath deep". Which I did, when I opened my eyes,

she instructed me to repeat the procedure. Upon finishing this and opening my

eyes I looked at her and said, I'm really fine, she said I know.

She knew what I needed and the Mellissa was amazing, it is my new best friend

for scary and stressful situations.

Hope this helps.

We are planning a trip home to see my mother. We have to fly and I
have a lot of anxiety about flying. I have always been afraid of
flying but each year and each flight it gets worst. It use to be I'd
just be scared. Now I experience physical symptoms too. Headache, ears
feeling like they are going to explode, convolutions,
hyperventilating, breaking out in cold sweats, etc. The fear has
gotten so bad I now begin to hyperventilate just thinking about it. I
have done everything to try to convinence hubby that we should drive
or not go at all. It's too expensive to drive and he thinks I should
"man" up and just go (He lives for flying so he struggles to
understand my fear.)  I want to see my mother and I know we will go
but I am really worried that I will freak out in front of people. I
really don't want to make a scene and I'd really like to just be
sedated through the all thing.

I have an order going out on the 10th and am wondering what oils I
should get to help keep me calm and not react so horribly to my fear?

Thanks
