3 drops Breath and 3 drops Lime and rub it on his chest and back every
night. We haven't had any skin reactions, but everyone is different.
Peppermint is very strong - and combining it with the other product may have
been what caused the rash. I would definitely start slowly...maybe 1 drop
with FCO to see how his skin reacts at first. I have used it neat if he is
having an attack, but as a preventative measure - the above is what we do
every night. I also rub the reflex points on his feet and ears with the
oils and it seems to be keeping everything under control. Good Luck!

A friend of mine has a little boy about 8 years old that has really
bad asthma since he was really little. I had given my friend some
peppermint oil to try and told her to dilute it with EVO or Virgin
Coconut oil, but she was going to try "Baby Aveeno". It Worked!!!
However after 3 days, when she put the Baby Aveeno and peppermint oil
on his chest it started to burn and he had to immediately wash it off
and left a rash. She just got the "Breathe" and wants to try this
after the rash clears. Should she dilute the "Breathe" since the
child's skin is really sensitive to anything put on it. (She can only
use Baby Dreft laundry soap and Baby items, otherwise her son breaks
out in a rash). How much Breathe and how much EVO or Coconut oil,
what would be the mixture rate? Thanks for all your help and
suggestions, she is waiting for a reply.
