    Hi Gayle,
In order to stop her autoship, she personally would have to call the corporate office, but it will also stop her point rewards for free product. Unless she can still have at least 100pv autoship, she wouldn't be eligible for any bonuses or the 25% discount unless she kept at least 50.00pv in autoship. If she has just enrolled, you might want to talk to her more about the increase in persentage as she continues to have an autoship. Hope that helps, and understandable if this is something that is not helping her. Take care,
    Jan in Florida

I have a client who is experiencing an issue with the vitamins. The
following are her own words. She contacted me with issues of severe
anxiety. I would greatly appreciate any insight. Thanks in advance
    for all your help.

Hi Gale. Just wanted to let you know that I tried the vitamins as the
directions said but my heart still raced, so I cut down on the amount,
but the same reaction. I am so sensitive to meds and vitamins. The
pharmacist I worked with said I was in that 1% bracket. If there was
any simple side effect, I would get it. So I guess I have to work
with my mind more, and try to relax that way. I would like to stop
the auto ship on the vitamins and just try to work with the oils and
mental exercise. How do I go about stopping the shipping of the
    vitamins?
I really appreciate all your help. Any suggestions are great!
    Sandy

Again, thanks for all your help

    Gale

Something similar happened to me - except I slammed a drawer shut on my
finger! Boy did that hurt and I thought I'd broken it (not the drawer didn't
care much about that at the time LOL) I was just about to run cold water on
it when I thought - what oil can I use. First thought was lavender it
helped a little bit but didn't do much for the pain and the swelling, so I
reached for the Frankinsence and heh presto the pain and swelling
disappeared and I forgot all about what I'done! Marvellous!

I just had an ironic thing happen. I was reading this post about the wood
falling on the woman's foot and using Deep Blue to take the pain away. All
of a sudden my 18 month old little girl started SCREAMING! I realized that
her sister had slammed her fingers in the door. She was beside
herself....so I got my Deep Blue and within 30 seconds she was moving them
and wanting to play again. I LOVE THESE OILS!

I don't work at Costco. I am too busy building my doTERRA business and
    taking care of

our flooring business. The Costco employee thanked me for helping her.
    They were concerned

as well. It was a freaky accident how the wood fell off the front of the
    counter. Kids must have

been playing with it before she got there and loosened it.

I'll bet Costco is happy with you also. That is awesome that you would

make that offer at your place of employment. Most people would be cautious

to do that. If course they are great people there and I am personally proud

    of what you did.

    GOOD JOB

A large piece of wood fell off the front of the check out counter at
Costco onto a woman's foot who was standing in front of me. She had
sandals on, so her foot started swelling and turning blue right away.
She was in a lot of pain. I asked her if she was familiar with
essential oils. She wasn't but let me apply Deep Blue onto her foot.
She checked out then told me that her pain was gone and asked for a
card. She waited for me as you leave the store and told me that her
foot was in a lot of pain. (I could tell that, she didn't want to put
her sandal back on) She said she couldn't believe how fast the oil
worked. We will be getting together for her to learn more.
