Stop everything but the oils. And I would be doing it every hour for one day, then
every two hours the second day and then you will be feeling better.

I have yeast infection and am taking oregano, meleluca and ongaurd in
a pill form every 3 to 4 hours since Friday with about 5 drops in each
pill. I am not feeling much relief and don't know if i am just being
impaitent or if I should try something different. I am trying to
limit my sugars and am also taking 2 tbls of apple cider vinegar once
a day. I would think by now I would be getting relief. For 2 days i
also have been using a off brand of monistat 3 and maybe that is
working against the oils. I dont know, i just know i am not seeing
improvement and need help. Thanks...
