Just to let you know what happened to me. I took digestzen straight down my throat...it burned and I had to catch my breath. I grabbed my FCO and dropped several drops right in to the back of my throat and it soothed the (burn-so-to-speak) right away. I always use the FCO now when I take the oils either in a shot glass or straight from the bottle, or in capsules. Amazing properties these oils and coconut oil have.

No, you could take the oils neat in a capsule, but the coconut oil is so good for

you and if the digestzen was too strong for a child the oil would help that also.
