I've been prone to get serious yeast/fungal infections since I was small--I've had far to many to count. When I was younger doctors always treated them with antibiotics and steroid or cortisone creams. Eventually things deteriorated to the point that medicine didn't work at all for me. That's how I got interested in herbs and essential oils, etc. GX Assist, PB Assist and essential oils help a lot (melaleuca, lemon, oregano, thyme), but still, the thing that helps me the most is eating a strict yeast-free diet. When I eat acidic foods I get yeast infections, bladder infections, and fungus's, no matter how many oils I take or use.
