I shared a few weeks ago about sciatic pain and how to release it without it taking you out, or having to do drugs. If you will stand up and relax your tushie, take your hands and put them on your back at your waist with the fingers pointing down, about an inch from your backbone and press around on your tush cheeks you will find the point of contact for your sciatic. If you carry a lot of weight back there then you will have to press around a lot deeper than us skinny folks, but, when you find it...you will know it. The tenderness, electrical zing you get will let you know you have hit your target. IF when you first feel the pain, you will start pressing the pressure points you found and then apply your oils....Past Tense roll-on is fantastic for it, then you will relieve the pain, save yourself the doctors bill and keep from having to take the drugs. I have taught this at my meetings ....it so simple and easy and many folks have said what a lifesaver it has been to them. Hope this helps! Julie Ann
