Hi Alice I would use Peppermint for the pain, Peppermint is one of the Best
Oils for Pain relief, I will look for an Posting I had on Pain Relief ( I
Think it is in my external hard drive) which is back in Adelaide I will not
be back till the end of March.

For skin regeneration I use Geranium, Each time I have skin Cancers burnt
off and that is many times , thanks to my misspend youth Surfing in
Australia , I use geranium with great results.
