[Everything doTERRA] chronic hives

I have had chronic hives for 12 years. I currently take about 3 mg of
zyrtec daily and that keeps them under control. I have tried
different allergy ellimination therapies, herbs, naturpaths. So far,
no luck. I am wondering if anyone knows of oils that may help to heal
my body. I am currently taking the Wellness pack vitamins. I am
wondering about Frankincense. Is it safe to take orally everyday? I
know it helps heal the body. I am also on a gluten free diet. I'm up
for more suggestions tho!
