I try that on my kids but they are sooooo ticklish!!! It's very hard. My 7
year old has no problem if I put it in a gel cap, he can swallow that. But
my littlest one can't do that. so that's where I came up with the body was
idea. Maybe if I do it every night, they will get use to it. I don't
know. We shall see. I have more onguard coming on my Dec. 5th autoship!!!!
