Yes they keep their same nuimbers ( at least mine did). I never offer the PC option, it is so much easier to just bring them in as an IPC. My experience has also been that they have to pay the $50.00, and cannot apply the PC fee of $10.00. The fees are for set up charges which has already been acrued.
