Yes.

 

Remember that you have 30 days from the date of enrollment to move new IPCs to wherever you need them to be within your organization.  So, if you have a PC who converts to IPC, they are able to be moved for that first 30 days after they convert to IPC status, if I remember correctly.  This could be important for you, depending upon your business strategy.
